I have been with computers ever since I was young and have grown up with them always being around me, I first started delving into a PC with the first IBM XT and I went from there, now I have been with computers for many years. I program them as well but I also am well versed in the innards of a computer as well. Story bit More and more people are jumping onto the PC bandwagon and are coming across problems that they cannot solve or they themselves have never come across, most of these occurrences can be resolved by looking in the documentation that came with the product or phoning a technical support hotline. However in some cases there is no help available this is where this website comes into the picture.
